(That's what it seems like) I think the manager should check the food before it is placed out and offered to the people because it is the people who will keep you opened. The cakes are dried out and stale, with fresh icing on top.

It is hard on top and they should use the proper bread when making it, not leftovers of different breads. And the desserts, whoever is making the bread pudding now is not the same person who started making it in the beginning. What happened to the nice Barbecue Ribs they used to serve when they first started? Don't see them anymore. Seems like if you get there as soon as the buffet opens the food would be nice and hot. Who wants to eat a cold bowl of soup? Menu choices are the same every day. Either the chefs are not caring how they cook the meals to be served or they cannot think of another menu choice and do the same thing every day. The Buffet was always my favorite place to eat.
